In efforts of broadening healthy work relationships, AOC Cavite extended a mini team building last May 12, 2023. The event was held at ICafe in Dasmariñas Cavite with over sixty (60) participants. Before the activity started, Ms. Jencis Honorio gave a short inspiring talk on “Make or Break”, focusing on how your deeds and words could affect other’s lives – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
After that, five (5) teams were formed, and leaders were called up front to represent their team for the roll call. Each group took on the challenges of each station with squeals, laughter, and cheers. Team 4 led by Manager Lian Santos was declared winner in the team building. The café was filled with joyous uproar among the young, spirited people.
Lasting for three (3) hours, the mini team building ended with having a drink and some snacks. On the other hand, the teams have discussed with the facilitators the objective of each station and how the experience was for them. AOC Cavite initiates events such as these to give new and refreshing activities for everyone towards building more trust, chemistry, and camaraderie.
