Sophie, is the Managing Director for Finance, Shared Services, possesses strong critical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to transparency. Recognizing the vital role of the service department in ensuring overall efficiency, she takes responsibility for sustaining and improving functional work within Shared Services. Sophie formulates strategies and takes action to enhance performance in all areas she oversees.
Despite not completing her degree in Business Management with a major in Operations, Sophie remained determined to continue her education and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy in 2016, despite being an undergraduate. This demonstrates her unwavering commitment to personal growth and development. While she did not obtain a formal degree in her original field of study, Sophie’s exceptional expertise and competence in her current position have garnered the trust and confidence of the management team.
Having started her career as a filing clerk and a finance officer, she has dedicated 16 years of service to the firm. Throughout her professional journey, she has actively sought growth and knowledge, attending international seminars such as the BKR Asia Pacific Conference 2023 in Taiwan and the BKR Future Leaders Program 2022 in Thailand.
She upholds the principles of “Passion, strategy, and action.” She firmly believes that passion serves as a driving force, while effective strategies and efficient execution lead to productivity. By embodying these values and taking decisive action, Sophie strives to achieve positive outcomes and propel success in her role as the Director for Shared Services.
