Director, Corporate Compliance
Rea is a Director for Corporate Compliance of Business Set Up & Compliance Inc. (BSU). She graduated from Ateneo de Davao University in 2011 and is currently taking up her Juris Doctor Degree at Centro Escolar University in Makati. She started working with BSU in 2013 as a Compliance Assistant, was promoted to Compliance Officer, and eventually became the Compliance Manager.
As a management consulting company, BSU acts as an intermediary between the starting-up corporation and the regulatory agencies of the Philippine government. The most outstanding trait established in her field of work was the ability to deal with people. Furthermore, in expounding such soft skill, it is parallel to how a room full of people lights up whenever her presence is around. This specifically entails that she has cultivated a safe and secure space for them.
On the other hand, by serving as Corporate Secretary and nominee director to various Board of Directors, BSU manifests the role model of being obedient and coachable. She takes directives from the Board and executes daily activities with vigor and enthusiasm.
