Managing Director, System Implementation

Michelle is Managing Director for System Implementation. She graduated in Philippine College State of Aeronautics with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Majoring in Airline Operations in 2010. She started to work for Alas Oplas as an Audit Admin in 2009. She shifted in advertising agency for a year and gained more experience before she joined G Cross System Process Inc as Senior System Specialist.

In the means of being a Managing Director, as the company handled overall 30 clients and she personally handled 10. In terms of handling clients, Michelle describes the issues of one’s system in an effective way for her clients to understand the matter raised to her. She found a strong mind and patience to build a good relationship with her clients that leads her team. She also earned and improved handling the accounting system from installation and implementation as their additional services that they can provide to their clients.

In terms of leading the team, she possessed the idea of humbly impressing their clients through their offer of services that gained their clients’ trust and understanding of their responsibilities. This is to sympathize with the needs to improve more of their deals. She also thinks that being a good listener is one of the traits that a leader must have to know what kind of service they can give and to fix a system by the issues that were raised to her team.
