Kim is an accomplished professional holding the position of Director for International Outsource. Graduating with honors as Magna Cum Laude from the Philippine School of Business Administration in 2015, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Kim has dedicated more than 8 years of his career to Alas Oplas, showcasing his commitment to the firm.
He started his journey with the firm in 2015 as an Audit Associate at the Makati head office. Kim’s exceptional performance and dedication led to his transfer to the Ortigas Branch in 2016. Recently, he joined the International Outsource team. His consistent efforts and expertise in the field propelled him to the role of Senior Audit Manager through regular promotions. Over the years, Kim has acquired extensive knowledge and skills in various aspects of auditing and related engagements, becoming well-versed in the technicalities of the profession.
As a Director, Kim embodies essential leadership traits, including resourcefulness, which enables him to effectively guide his team and find innovative solutions to challenges. He serves as a vital link between the staff and partners, fostering strong connections and facilitating smooth operations while meeting the needs of his team members.
Kim’s commitment to continuous professional growth led to his selection as the representative of Alas Oplas in the inaugural BKR Asia Pacific Future Leader’s Program, held in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2019.
